Dr. S Madhusoodanan did his Ph D from the University of Minnesota, USA and taught there. After about 7 years of research work in the US, he returned to India to join BITS Pilani as an Asst Prof. He then took up positions in the chemical industries (pharma and agro) and rose to become Director/Vice President in Montari and then Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Ahmedabad. During his tenure in the various organizations, he has conducted several in-house workshops in soft skills and delivered invited talks in management schools.

He has offered a course in Managerial Business Communications in an upcoming business school in Gujarat. His articals have appeared in Business Today, Business Standard and TOI Ascent. He conducts training and development workshops for academic institutions and industries in the country on Communication, Goal Setting, Time Management, Strees Management and Quality management.

Bipin Shah is a Senior Faculty at Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDI), Ahmedabad, India. The Institute is promoted by IDBI, IFCI, ICICI, SBI and Government of Gujarat. He has 35 years of experience in the fields of Enterpreneurship Development Training, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Establishment, Management and Consultancy. He has done his B.Sc. (Chemistry - HONS) and MBA (New Project Planning - BITS PILANI).He has undergone a number of training programmes in the fields of Project Management, Financial Management, Imports-Exports and Packaging.

He was the Managing Director for five years of Gujarat Industial and Technical Consultancy Organization Limited (GITCO); Ahmedabad, India a consultancy organization promoted by ICICI, IDBI, IFCI, state level financial institutions and nationalized banks. He was the member of Governing Body of the Consultancy Development Centre under the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India for four years. He is also on the Expert Panel of UNIDO, UNDP and EXIM Bank of India. In 1990, he led a 30 member delegation of industry from the Western Region of India to five South East Asian countries for exploring technology and trade tie-ups with various companies in these countries. He has published several papers in the areas of Enterpreneurship and SME Management. He was selected by the Rotary International, USA for the Group Study Exchange programme to vist Scotland. He has traveled to USA, UK, France, Netherlands, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, China, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Yemen, Sir Lanka and Nepal for various projects and business related activities.

He strongly feels that the practitioner is the window of the profession to the world outside and the conduct of the private practitioner will ultimately decide the future of the profession.

Introduced measures to create a distinct identity for the orthodontic profession. Authored "Braces-what you must know" for the general public in English and Gujarati.

Mission statement "Orthodontics Should be a Household Name" to be easily identified by all the members of the public and the orthodontic patient should be able to approach an orthodontist directly.

Organized and conducted "Costing and Marketing of Dental Care Services" in the year 1999 at Ahmedabad. The Dental Councel of India joined the program as part of it's golden jubilee celebrations. This was a first of it's kind program in India. The faculty was drawn from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and local independent management consultants.
